Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

• ✓ Proof of purchase must be provided
• ✓ Items must not show signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

3. 3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. 4. Package the item securely with all original materials
5. 5. Ship to our return address in Winnipeg

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

Exchanges

For exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing defects:
